If your pet is such an important part of your life that you won’t consider dating somebody who does not love them too, then you should think about looking for dates in one of the many online dating sites geared towards pet lovers! This is clearly the philosophy behind DateMyPet.com, a site created by a pet lover for other pet lovers. This is how the site came to be:

The idea for DateMyPet.com started during a walk with my dog in our local park. (…) Speaking to the singles, it surprised me how many of their dates and relationships ended because the other partner was not compatible with their love for their pets. Another site created especially for cat and dog lovers is MustLovePets.com, described in their website as “the premiere pet finder destination for meeting and/or dating quality animal lovers who are single and seeking a sincere relationship with other dog lovers or cat lovers.” Must Love Pets knows how important pets are for their owners, and tries to provide them with the best platform to meet: “the primary focus of Must Love Pets (is) to introduce you to as many pet lovers as possible so that you can find new friends or that special someone with whom you can spend the rest of your life with.”

Finally, one more pet-related site is PetPeopleMeet.com, a site “intended to bring together single men and single women whose animals are a valued part of their life.” Pet People Meet has a lot of features so you can showcase your best attributes – and your pet’s! In their words: “Our one of a kind profile system allows members to setup audio, video, and unlimited photo albums. All the features you need to meet single men and women who love their pets are at your fingertips. Send flirts, send messages, use our live chat, post and browse pictures.”
