No big surprises here, although to be perfectly honest, People Media has a somewhat underhanded pricing guide. To go month by month will cost you $29.95 per whereas a six month membership will cost you a one-time bill of $95.94 (or an average of $15.99 per month). Of course, there are also some hidden one-time processing fees. Nothing beyond five bucks or so… it’s just annoying to end up paying more than they first tell you.
Account Setup:
This is about as easy as creating an account gets. Five minutes or so to answer about 15 stock questions (“How tall are you” “What is your age?” and the People Media special, “How good looking are you?”) If you feel like putting in the time then you can take maybe an hour to fill out the remaining essay questions and advanced personality questions.
Photos:
If you were going to point to a single best part of SeniorPeopleMeet.com it would be the photo policy. Unlimited photos, they upload very quickly and they are easily accessed by visitors in your home page.
Search:
The search option is not the strongest part of any People Media site because the secondary personality tests are lacking. While you can search for fellow senior singles through location, age and a few of the stock question filters, you really can’t plumb the site like you can on sites like Chemistry.com or Match.com.
Special Features:
There are not a ton of features on SeniorPeopleMeet.com that you wouldn’t find on most other sites – A/V communication, unlimited photos – those things exist elsewhere. The nice part is that they ALL exist in one site in the form of People Media dating destinations. Maybe the only true unique feature is the “Other Members you May Enjoy” section.

Yet another strong Z-Specific site from People Media, one of the true giants of the online dating world. You have to appreciate not only the care that People Media has taken in creating a streamlined environment for member communication but for the customer service they provide as well. Again, the pricing is a little off-putting as it speaks to a desire to get one over on the clientele… but that one that gets put over isn’t more than $5. Between the A/V chat, the unlimited photos, the strong membership base and the “Other Members You May Enjoy” sections, SeniorPeopleMeet.com is about as good a Z-Specific senior dating destination as you are going to find.
