What Men Make of the Pictures You Take Part 1
The pictures on your profile are your greatest ally in snagging a man. We will forgive a lot for the right jpeg.
Here’s how men interpret your profile pictures:
- Professional Portrait/Head Shot: The first of our profile pics is the professional portrait, mug shot sort of picture. Undoubtedly your face is nicely gussied up, you are relaxed yet confident and wearing complimenting colors. These pictures say “I want to be a princess” to a man. That will usually include in a man a tendency to bestow gifts upon you, particularly “traditional” gifts like jewelry, flowers and lingerie but expect to keep a certain emotional distance, particularly regarding what he does during his day.
- Partying: The next look is the out and about you. These are the pictures of you in a tube top with your girlfriends and their mai-tais; you are in a group, you are out and you are having fun. These pictures speak of youth and naivety. Men tend to respond to these types of pictures most positively are either going to be young themselves or looking for a good time. “Looking for a good time” means more than “looking for sex,” looking for a good time means that the guy isn’t really sure what he’s looking for, but he knows he wants it to be fun.
- With an Intimate Friend: These pictures are your best friend shots: they will display you and someone very close to you like your best friend, a close pet, even a special relative. These pictures can be silly (like friends in costumes,) or serious (like prom pictures) but in both cases they are demonstrating your wonderful relationship. These pictures say long term to a man. These pictures speak of someone who is looking to develop deeper relationships and search for a Romantic ideal of love. You are likely to find someone looking for a companion.
- Sexy Shot: These pictures are you as close to naked as the site will allow. Well, gee, let’s give a thought to what a picture of you with all your goodies in display would say to a man…
